General Manager Australia and New Zealand

Fred is the ANZ General Manager of Ascender as of January 2016. Prior to Ascender, Fred was the CEO of Randstad Australia/New Zealand, a Fortune 500 HR services provider. In addition to this, Fred has held a number of senior executive roles in various countries both at a regional and global level; specialising in transforming sales performance, service delivery, improving productivity and creating high performance cultures. Fred holds a Master's in Business Administration and Management from the University of Amsterdam.

June Lee
General Manager Asia

June Lee is the General Manager of Asia for Ascender. She has extensive experience in senior executive roles, with her most recent role being Vice President at Software AG. June specialises in enterprise software sales for both business and technology. June holds a Master’s in IT Management from the University of Wollongong.

Christine Budd is Head of Operations at Ascender. In the past, Christine has extended her capabilities worldwide, with senior executive roles in Manila, India and the UK. HR Director
