Victoria University

Overview
When you add up how much time and effort is required to run a paper-based system, the result can be shocking. Characterised by double handling of documents and repetition of tasks, staff frustration aside, it’s a system that’s rife with human error. For Western Sydney University (WSU), which pays up to 6000 people fortnightly, the move to an integrated payroll system has been nothing short of ground-breaking.

Victoria University is a multi-sector institution with excellence in teaching, training, research and scholarship. Operating from multiple sites, the University currently has more than 50,000 students.

Victoria University went to market seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ascender was selected for our extensive experience across the education sector our significant system capabilities.

  • Training and Development
  • The planned rollout of academic and vocational web timesheets for all staff.
