How Correct Care went from Appraisals to True Performance Management
Correct Care has provided primary health services to patients in Victorian prisons since 1998. Services were expanded to include all 12 of Victoria’s publicly managed prisons in 2012. Ascender caught up with HR Project Officer, Martina Cusumano, to find out how Ascender’s online Human Capital Management software has helped with performance management at Correct Care.
