The Role  

Ascender is a leading payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and service provider in the APJ region.  We are growing within our sector and planning future growth as we integrate into the global Ceridian organisation.  

As an Ascender Pay Value Consultant, you'll report to our Head of Customer Success.  The key focus of this role is to educate our clients on our software and services identifying opportunities and recognizing these by turning them into tangible and actionable activities to deliver a beneficial outcome for the customer. It is essential you have Ascender Pay experience and knowledge possess Payroll, HCM Software expertise.  


Key Responsibilities  

  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders 
  • Analyse data and look for trends to find solutions and improve service standard  
  • Focused on resolutions and enjoy the challenge of solving problems 
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded and team oriented 
  • Ability to train people and engage online or through webinars and digital conferencing tools 
  • Able to work both autonomously and as a team player 
  • Improve the customer experience and overall ROI


About you 

Your passion is analytics, looking for the trends and then finding ways of further improving how we support our clients. You energetically drive customer satisfaction and ensure they are getting the most of Ascender products. With an open communication style, you will provide insight and educate clients on our software and services that we provide to them.  You're a strategic thinker who is highly analytical with a proven background in driving customer satisfaction. Your passionate about supporting customers and ensuring that they obtain a return on their assessment through the use of our services and products.
