The Role

Ascender is a leading payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and service provider in the APJ region.  We are growing within our sector and planning future growth as we integrate into the global Ceridian organisation.

The Service Delivery Associate acts as the local representative for the client. The mission is to ensure that HR outsourced services for the client are delivered according to the contract in terms of timeliness, quality and in line with the agreed service levels.  They must also ensure that costs are managed so that financial performance of the account is according to budget. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main representative to the client to ensure that service level delivery happens as agreed
  • Prepares and reviews operational reports with the client
  • Ensures effective delivery of change requests
  • Ensures operations delivery according to the contract
  • Works on operational cost, budget management & control

 

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar Service Delivery/Support or Client Representative role essential (ideally software industry application support)
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business, HR or related discipline
  • Experience in payroll, HR or Business Consulting
  • Strong verbal written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
