The Salesforce Administrator will be part of the delivery function responsible for building and configuring solutions across Salesforce platform to suit business needs. The administrator will act as interface between business owners, other internal stakeholders & technology in order to administer and enhance the system.
This role will support our Salesforce instance for North America and EMEA region with evening and late night working roster. - Participate in sessions & understand Business Requirements and drive solution design.
- Deliver the solution across Salesforce platform
- Maintain security including sharing rules, roles, profiles
- Deliver the continuous training program to all members of Ascender & Ceridian.
- Enable latest features of Salesforce across Ascender & Ceridian orgs
- Liaise with other members of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence on various initiatives
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Recent university graduation in IT or at-least one year experience in Salesforce.
- Knowledge across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds will be highly desirable.
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills
- Open to working on a night shift
