Payroll Service Delivery Manager
Ascender is a leading payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and service provider in the APJ region. We are growing within our sector and planning future growth as we integrate into the global Ceridian organisation.
The Service Delivery Manager acts as the local representative for the client. The role has a mission to ensure that Payroll & HR outsourced services for the clients are delivered according to the contract in terms of timeliness, quality and in line with the agreed service levels.
- Works closely with Operations to ensure service delivery obligations are met
- Prepares and reviews operational reports with the client
- Ensure change management process is followed to effectively deliver change requests
- Focal point working with the client to ensure timely update and approval of Payroll Calendar & Trusted Source List.
- Ensures operations delivery according to the contract
To success in this role, you will have extensive experience in Payroll, HR, or Business Consulting, with a strong background in Service Delivery and exposure to handling multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have had experience in a BPO environment so delivering client's needs within the contracted terms and operations framework will come as second nature. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills and knack for people, aids you in building strong relationships with both your clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, enabling you to drive continuous improvement projects and create win-win solutions. Finally, your greatest asset will be your open-minded attitude and ability to think outside the box.
