The Role

Ascender is a leading payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and service provider in the APJ region.  We are growing within our sector and planning future growth as we integrate into the global Ceridian organisation.

The Continuous Improvement Lead role, as part of the ACS Managed Services team, is responsible for driving standardization across Ascender with high focus on quality control and compliance. The individual will be partnering with compliance and operations to ensure quality control or compliance findings are addressed appropriately.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the "TOM" Target Operating Model of Ascender Managed Services.
  • Defines service standards in line with the service offering of Ascender Managed Services
  • Analyse available data to determine gaps or opportunities and provides recommendation
  • Ensure the RIGHT CONTROLS are in place for every process being delivered by the team
  • Drives adherence to the process especially critical steps where the control is expected to be performed properly
  • Assess the maturity of the managed services business unit, establish the baseline and work with stakeholders towards a more matured process or environment
  • Coordinates possible tool enhancements identified in process reviews focused on quality and compliance

 

About you

Our ideal candidate will have an experience in running projects from gathering data, analytics and implementation. Held projects focused in addressing process improvements and compliance remediation. Has strong background on quality control management and compliance. Ideally, experienced in internal and external audits. Able to work independently and working with a team and make sound decisions. Must be client and quality focused.  Having Six Sigma Green belt certification is a plus.
